		<description>Yum....eee.   I love pizza with homemade crust. My recipe is very similar to yours, I add more yeast and have been using only unbleached flour for the past few years in all recipes.    The last time I made crust I made and extra batch and divided it into thirds and froze it.  On a busy eve or last minute hunger for pizza or unexpected company,  all I have to do is take out the crust, put the plastic bag in a pan of warm water for quick thaw and ta..da.....I&#039;ll have homemade pizza.  Who could ask for more.  I too have a passion for cooking....I need a few pounds of your sausage!!!!</description>

		<description>thanks Alicia! it really is simple. you can use a mixer with a dough hook or a food processor too. Or... you can do it the old fashioned way - mix and knead for 10 minutes by hand.</description>
