This is the original Gatski Whole Hog Sausage made from pigs raised on a natural diet (acorns, grass and other woodsy pasture treats). They are Berkshire pigs raised by the Gatski’s in Pennsylvania. The sausage was made by a local USDA meat processor.

Whole Hog means that all cuts are included- it is indeed made with the, “whole hog.” It is seasoned with just salt and pepper.

It is delicious prepared any way; our favorites are on the grill, served with pasta, in bean and rice tacos and on our Friday night pizza.

The sausage is frozen. It will arrive to you in a cardboard and styrofoam cooler box.
